Enrolled students: all course forms — certification, safety, and wrap paperwork — are submitted inside the student portal, where your production's status and checklist live. First time? Your password is your student ID.

Download, print, sign in ink, and return the original to the production. Anyone under 18 always uses the parent/guardian forms — no online signatures for minors.
